Building New Opportunities for Senior Women

In January and February 2018, Being A Woman successfully conducted a specialized handicraft training program for 50 senior women belonging to marginalized communities. The initiative was designed to equip them with practical skills that can lead to job readiness and economic independence.

• Created a supportive and empowering environment fostering skill mastery and confidence.
• Delivered hands-on training resulting in at least 15 participants acquiring job-ready skills by the end of the program.
